LaceyLady's Loyalty Rewards Program is one of our ways of saying,"Thank You", for your patronage. Every product you purchase at LaceyLady.com will accumulate Rewards Points to your account. 1 Rewards Point is credited for each dollar spent. After you accumulate enough Rewards Points you can redeem your rewards points for electronic coupons that you can apply to your next order. From time to time we may offer special products that may be purchased using Rewards Points as well.
To Receive Rewards Points: 1. Set up an account at LaceyLady.com. Use the 'My Account' link in the tool bar near the top of every page. 2. Before you purchase an item at LaceyLady.com be sure to LOGIN to your account. The LOGIN area is located on the 'My Account' page. After your transaction is finalized the Rewards Points will be credited to your account. 3. If you forgot to LOGIN first, don't worry, Just send us an email at sales@laceyladystores.com and we will manually add the rewards points to your account. To Redeem Rewards Points: 1. Use the 'My Account' link in the tool bar near the top of every page. LOGIN to your account. 2. On the 'My Account' page, click the link to 'Redeem' under the 'My Rewards' category. 3. Several Rewards options will be displayed including conversion of Rewards Points to electronic coupons and perhaps some special products available only to our loyal customers. 4. When you Redeem Rewards Points for a coupon you will receive an email with the unique redemption code automatically from our server. This email may arrive in seconds depending on your ISP. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, check your JUNK and SPAM folders. Please email us if you do not receive the redemption code. We can manually email it to you. Keeping Track of 'My Account': 1. The 'My Account' page gives you access to your transactions at LaceyLady.com, This includes: * Quantity of Rewards Points accumulated. * Requests submitted to us in the past 30 days. * A record of Gift Certificates that you have purchased. Rewards Points FAQ, The Details: * Rewards coupons do not have an expiration date. * 'Free Shipping' offers still apply to your total order. * Rewards coupons may be used to purchase any current product or products at LaceyLady.com. * If you return any items from your order, the Rewards Points value of these items will be manually removed from your rewards point account. Each electronic coupon will be uniquely numbered for your personal use. * All coupons may be redeemed electronically at LaceyLady.com. * Coupons will be issued based on actual dollars spent.
