Dec 11th is the first day of Hanukkah

We are processing orders as quickly as possible and will confirm each order as they come in so please be sure to add OrderStatus@laceylady.com to your email address book so that you can answer any questions we may have about your order quickly.

We offer free shipping for orders that total $65 (after discounts are applied).  Our flat rate for orders under $65 is $7.50 per order (not item).   Orders for Beautiful Vanities jewelry ship for $4.50.

Pending weather conditions it is suggested by FedEx that Dec. 17th be the last day to ship orders from Pennsylvania to the west coast and have them arrive in time for Christmas.   Orders placed after that date will be processed but may not arrive in time for the holiday.    We will be closed on Dec 24th and Dec 25th.  US Priority Mail and FedEx do not deliver on Christmas Day.   

If you are interested in placing a last minute gift order:   At your request we will email the gift recipient to let them know that a gift is being shipped to them.  This will be helpful if you're ordering late or sending gifts to the west coast or to rural locations.  Please provide us with the gift receipient's email address in the special instructions section of our order form and we will gladly let them know that a gift from you is on it's way.

We are located outside of Philadelphia PA.  The above map is just an estimation and may vary at times due to weather conditions.  Our shipping carriers are US Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground.    From time to time however we may run short on items and we will email to ask you if you wish to select substitutions.  Please keep in mind that our free shipping or flat rate shipping offer is good for one shipment only in the US. 
 

 
All gift packages are shipped with a winter theme gift packing slip that does not include pricing information.  There is room for a short note from you.  Please write the note in the special instructions section of our order form and we will include it on the gift packing slip.
