Important Ordering Information & Return Policies and our Privacy Statement

CUSTOMER SERVICE:  For questions about your order or any of our products please send us an email.  Our email address is LaceyLadyShoppe@aol.com.    Also we offer you a way to contact us through our online Customer Support chat service.  Just click on the chat Icon located on the lower left side of every page in the site.   I am normally at my computer or in my shipping room Monday through Friday. 

MERCHANDISE CONDITION:   All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping for defects or breakage.  If we hear a rattle or see breakage the product is set aside and not shipped to you. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:  We offer Secure Socket Layer encryption for sensitive credit card information . We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa Card as well as credit card and electronic check payments through Paypal.  We also accept checks and money orders.  We do not ship COD.   It is suggested that you use Paypal to submit payment using your personal check as it speeds up the process. 

We use Americart, a secure shopping cart service.  To deliver credit card information from the customer (you) to the merchant (Lacey Lady's Collectibles Shop) with the minimum possibility of exposure to prying eyes  Americart's uses secure data encryption.  The information is encrypted between the customer and the shopping cart and again between the shopping cart and ourselves.  Upon submitting an order you will receive an email confirmation.  Lacey Lady's Collectibles will also receive a confirmation of the order - but minus your credit card number.  We obtain your credit card information from a secure, Hacker-Safe certified daily site associated with Americart.    In no way will the combination of your credit card number and your credit card expiration date be printed on any form or be contained in any email from Lacey Lady's Collectibles.  When we process an order we do not print out your credit card number. 

In our office we have developed several procedures for keeping your address and credit card information safe including the use of firewalls and paper shredders!

SHIPPING/HANDLING:    The US Postal Service recently revised their rates and so we've had to add a surcharge in some instances to help cover the new dimensional charge as well as the weight charge.

Our low cost shipping charge will continue to be $7 flat rate for orders under $60.    For totalling $60 or more (after discounts are applied) within the Continental US shipping is absolutely free.   If an item in your order is out of stock then you will be contacted to either select another item or give us permission to fill the backorder when it returns to inventory and to debit your card $5 charge to help cover the additional shipping costs.

We generally ship orders under two pounds, APO and FPO  via US Priority Mail which offers a typical transit time of 2 to 3 days within the US and a week or so outside the US.

We ship most International Orders via US Mail.  For larger orders we prefer to use either UPS or DHL (we will compare shipping costs and select the least expensive).  Shipping charges will be at cost starting at $20.   Many countries impose custom and/or brokerage fees, duties and taxes on items received from the US. These charges do not originate from our company nor do we benefit from them in any way. You are responsible for payment of all custom and brokerage fees, duties and taxes that may be imposed when these goods are imported into your country.   Since these fees will vary from country to country, we do not know what your fees will be and advise you to contact your local government customs agent to determine the rate for the products you would like to purchase.  

Book orders are shipped via US Media mail with a typical transit time of 4 to 10 days.  If you need a shorter transit time then please note that in the special instructions section of our order form and we will upgrade shipping to US Priority Mail for an additional charge of $5.

All orders over 2 pounds within the Continental US are shipped via DHL ground.  DHL will not deliver to a post office so be sure to use our form that provides you with space to include both your billing address and your shipping address.  If you can accept packages at your place of business then please use that address so we can save money on shipping :-)  

"Rush" orders should be phoned in before 2 PM eastern time.  We do offer DHL overnight service at exact cost, but please be aware that it is "pricey" with typical cost of $30 or more for an average order.     However, since we are located in Pennsylvania then deliveries to NY, NJ, MD are delivered within 1 to 2 days and in many cases 1 day.

SALES TAX:   Because of our store location, we are required by law to collect 6.00% sales tax on the merchandise total for shipments to PA. 

BACK ORDERS:   Most orders are shipped within one to four  business days.    We try to have every item listed on our website in stock.  Usually when we reorder an item it is back in our inventory in two weeks.   Due to consumer demand, Limited Editions and new products from Faerie Glen and Dragonsite backorders will be filled as quickly as possible. 

RETURNS:       If you are not happy with your purchase from Lacey Lady's Collectibles Shop simply call us for a return authorization number and then ship the item back for an exchange or refund.    You will be responsible for the shipping charges. 

You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning the item. The original shipping charge and return shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is our mistake. Returned items not damaged in shipping must be returned in LIKE NEW CONDITION WITH PACKAGING INTACT.  No exceptions to this rule.  Shrink wrapped merchandise that is opened cannot be returned.

For sanitary reasons all Tee Shirt orders are final sales and cannot be returned.  

SHIPPING DAMAGE:     Report any damage or breakage of your merchandise upon receipt to us immediately and we will file a claim with the carrier.  You MUST retain all packaging material as the carrier may request both the damaged merchandise and packing materials. 

PRIVACY STATEMENT:   Lacey Lady's Collectibles Shop recognizes the sensitive nature of your personal account information. Lacey Lady's Collectibles Shop does not distribute any information you have supplied us on our site to outside parties with the exception of  DHL and USPS, our preferred shipping carriers. 

We've been online since 1999 and we only sell online.   Our website is our catalog.  We do not have any catalogs to distribute through regular mail. 

We do not sell wholesale.
